On December 15, 2025, during scheduled maintenance and deployment of the Portnox Cloud 2025.12 update, Portnox Cloud experienced a service disruption that impacted customers using Cisco Meraki Wireless for 802.1X/RADIUS authentication. In some cases, wireless authentication requests were incorrectly evaluated against the configured SSID, resulting in failed authentications.
