Scheduled - In our continued commitment to provide outstanding service to all our customers, we will be rolling upgrades to the latest version of AgentP (Windows) Wednesday, April 3rd.

The rollout will occur in three phases, with each phase occurring one week following the previous. All AgentP clients will be upgraded by April 18th at the latest.

- Phase 1 - April 4th - organizations with up to 10 Agents
- Phase 2 - April 11th - organizations with up to 100 Agents
- Phase 3 - April 18th - all remaining organizations

This new version of AgentP (1.1.279) provides data transfer optimizations and several minor bug fixes.

With the AgentP upgrade, NO INTERRUPTION IN SERVICE IS EXPECTED. If for any reason you experience any issues following the update, please contact our support team for assistance. https://support.portnox.com

Scheduled - Wednesday, April 3rd we will begin enabling Group Synchronization improvements to customer tenants. This feature improves performance of synchronization with external authentication repositories, such as AzureAD, Active Directory, OKTA and Google Workspace. Group Synchronization is a backend function, so there should be no visible impact to Portnox Cloud.

The rollout of this feature will occur in four phases in the month of April, with each phase occurring one week following the previous. Customers can determine the exact date this feature will be enabled based on the following schedule and associated tenant criteria.

- April 3rd - All evaluating organizations
- April 10th - Organizations starting with letters (A-E) excluding organizations with 1000+ devices
- April 17th - Organizations starting with letters (F-M) excluding organizations with 1000+ devices
- April 24th - All remaining organizations
