External Captive Portal (Guest portal) update

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service, Portnox will be rolling out improvements to the External Captive Portal (Guest Portal) between October 21 and October 29.

Most of this work involves updates to our backend architecture, designed to improve performance and reliability and to lay the groundwork for future enhancements to the guest experience.

As part of this update, you may notice a refreshed look on some guest portal workflows. The core functionality your guests rely on will remain the same.

Update is rolling out in three waves based on organization size:

• Wednesday, October 21st - organizations with fewer than 100 devices
• Monday, October 26th - organizations with fewer than 1000 devices
• Wednesday, October 28th - all organizations

All maintenance takes place between 7AM and 8AM UTC.
