In our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service, we will be rolling out new routing for our RADIUS service from Tuesday, August 18th.
This is just an informative message, no action is required in your organization.
This feature will roll out in three phases, with each phase starting one day after the previous one. Organizations will be switched to new routing at 2AM CDT on given day. Customers can identify their enablement date using the schedule below and the corresponding tenant criteria.
- August 18th - Organizations with 100 devices or fewer
- August 19th - Organizations with 1000 devices or fewer
- August 20th - All remaining organizations
With the enablement of this feature, no interruption in service is expected. If you experience any issues following the update, please contact our support team for assistance: https://support.portnox.com
