On Sunday, May 25th, at 11 PM US Central time, we will perform routine maintenance on the Portnox Cloud backend. An interruption of service lasting no more than a few minutes is possible but unlikely.

Portnox Cloud Update 2025.06 Jun 2, 2025 00:00-03:00 EDT
In our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service to all our customers, we plan to perform a routine Portnox Cloud upgrade on Sunday, June 1st, at 11PM CDT and complete on Monday, June 2nd, around 2AM CDT.
New features
- New CrowdStrike Integration – Portnox Cloud can be integrated with CrowdStrike platform and administrators can define risk policies for devices that do not have CrowdStrike installed and enrolled, has not reported into CrowdStrike for an extended period of time (dormant) or exceed an acceptable ZTA score limit
- Docker Container Automatic Updates - A new Docker Container that automatically updates any/all Portnox Docker containers on the same Docker host when new versions are released is now available for download through Docker Hub
Improvements and bug fixes
- Improved scalability of the Map Widget - The Map widget on the dashboard now groups devices within close proximity to each other for improved performance and usability
- Added first seen and last seen values to NAS properties - Newly added NAS devices now include a first seen date/time that is visible from the NAS details panel and API
- Added ability to download Root Certificates directly in X.509 ‘.CER’ format
- A direct link to the Portnox Status page has been added to the ‘Help’ tab
- Customers integrating both Entra ID and Active Directory can now configure the priority order within the Portnox Cloud portal
- Deep links to devices in Intune, Entra ID, and Jamf have been added to the device panel for customer convenience
- The NAS name character limit has been increased from 30 to 60 characters
- Windows 11 devices now display the correct version and edition within the Portnox devices grid
No interruption in service is expected during the upgrade process. If, for any reason, you experience any issues following the upgrade, please contact our support team for assistance.
