IMPORTANT - Alert Migration

To improve performance, scalability, redundancy, and reliability, Portnox will move to a new subsystem for storing system alerts at 2:00 AM US Central Standard Time, Saturday, November 14th.

Alerts generated prior to the move at 2 AM on Saturday, November 14th will become permanently unavailable through the Portnox Cloud portal. Only newly generated alerts will be accessible from the portal.

Customers requiring access to alerts generated prior to the storage subsystem move on Saturday, November 14th, are encouraged to configure alert forwarding to their SIEM solution before Saturday, November 14th.
