Windows AgentP update

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best possible service, Portnox will begin rolling out an update to AgentP for Windows.

AgentP for Windows will be updated to latest version 1.1.360 for customers with automatic updates enabled according following logic:

• 5 Nov 2026 - organizations with 100 Agents and fewer
• 12 Nov 2026 - organizations with 1000 Agents and fewer
• 19 Nov 2026 - all organizations

.NET requirement
AgentP now requires .NET 4.8 to run on user device

What’s Included in This Update:

• Improved detection of AI Agents running on user machine, which can be forbidden by ‘Generative AI’ Risk posture attribute
• Added support for WPA3 for wireless networks
• Added native support for ARM processors
• Improved user switching when using multi-user mode
• Improved USB peripherals detection and removal (when remediation policy is used)

Expected Impact

A brief service interruption lasting no more than a few minutes is possible during the upgrade, although an interruption is not anticipated.
No action is required from customers.
