Early this morning, between 03:34:37 AM and 03:57:37 AM, several customers reported sluggish performance or occasional timeouts when attempting to access the Portnox Cloud and Guest portals. This issue was the result of higher than normal web traffic during these hours.
Autoscaling occurred as expected, but it was still several minutes before website performance returned to normal. We have since adjusted our resource allocation and revised our autoscaling rules in an effort to prevent such issues from occurring again in the future.
