Expected Completion: Monday, December 14th @ 2:00AM CST

A brief interruption of service lasting no more than a few minutes is possible however unlikely.
What’s Included:
ZTNA users can now securely access console based applications, such as Remote Desktop (RDP), Secure Shell (SSH), Virtual Network Computing (VNC) or Telnet, from anywhere with zero agent or client software required. These capabilities include:
- Keyboard / Mouse control (where applicable)
- Configurable clipboard copy/paste support between console apps and the users desktop
- Automatic window resizing
- Custom definable application port
Advancements to the ZTNA Secure Access Portal now support organization-based login via Entra ID, allowing users to authenticate directly using their company’s trusted credentials and any MFA methods already enforced by their organization, streamlining access without requiring additional setup.
Unified Experience for SSO and Hosted Applications
ZTNA’s Secure Access Portal now displays both SSO Applications and Hosted Applications in a single, consolidated interface, providing a seamless experience for users accessing all authorized corporate resources.
Numerous usability improvements and personalization features have been added to the ZTNA Secure Access Portal, including search, sorting, grid and list list views, category creation and assignment, as well as the ability to favorite your most frequently used resources.
Admin’s can now customize how Authentication Violations to Hosted ZTNA resources are handled, such as including a custom message like ‘Call the help desk at xxx-xxxx), or automatically redirect those failures to a custom web page where users might be able to resolve the issue on their own.
Similarly, for accounts blocked from the actions menu of the Devices Grid, the Portnox admin can define a custom message to display to the user when accessing a ZTNA resource, such as (Please call HR at xxx-xxxx), or direct blocked users to a website URL where they may be able to open a help desk ticket.
Additional improvements in this release:
- Added JumpCloud support for SCEP Certificate Distribution
- New alerts have been added when the status of a local RADIUS container or virtual appliance changes
