We will be upgrading our Azure infrastructure to further improve scalability, performance, and reliability of our SaaS based services on Saturday January 14th beginning at 10PM CST.

During this time, there will be a brief disruption of service. Users already authenticated to the network will be unaffected during this time. Also, customers that have deployed the local RADIUS proxy in their environment should also remain unaffected throughout the duration of the outage.

This maintenance event was previously scheduled for December 10th but has been rescheduled for January 14th. No maintenance was conducted on December the 10th and no outages occurred on the 10th, though status notifications may have been sent for the previously scheduled maintenance period.
