- NTLMv2 can now be enabled for ADBroker under [Settings > Authentication Repositories > Directory Integration Service]
- All MAC Addresses are now listed under device management for devices managed via AgentP
During the upgrade process no interruption in service is expected. If for any reason you experience any issues following the upgrade, please contact our support team for assistance.
NOTICE: Changes in this 2023.2 release may impact some customers ability to onboard AgentP devices using their Azure AD single sign-on credentials.
Customers who are affected may be prompted to re-approve the CLEAR Azure App integration when onboarding an AgentP device using Azure AD single sign-on. Users who do not have adequate permissions to approve the updated Azure App component will instead be allowed to send a notification to the Azure administrator, requesting approval of the Azure integration app.
Once the application is approved, users will once again be able to enroll devices running AgentP using their Azure AD credentials. Below are links to example screenshots of the Azure App approval and request prompts that you may see and will need to accept to continue using your Azure AD credentials to enroll new AgentP devices in CLEAR.
Note: existing users and devices authenticating to the network wired, wirelessly via 802.1x, or via VPN using RADIUS with Azure AD credentials are unaffected. The change referenced above are limited ONLY to customers enrolling new devices running AgentP in CLEAR using their Azure AD credentials.
If you have any questions or need help with any of the steps outlined above, please contact our support team for assistance.
