Feature Rollout Schedule - Group Reordering from 2023-08-07 02:00 CDT to 2023-09-14 11:00 CDT

The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Monday, August 7th we will begin enabling the Group Reordering feature to customer tenants. This feature allows customers to define customized priority ordering of group assignments. It can be helpful when a user account is a member of two or more groups in an authentication repository that each map to different Portnox Cloud groups.

The rollout of this feature will occur in four phases in the month of August, with each phase occurring one week following the prior. Customers can determine the exact date this feature will be enabled based on the following schedule and associated tenant criteria.

• August 7th - Tenants with a single group or no authentication repositories defined
• August 14th - Tenants with four or fewer groups defined
• August 22nd - Tenants with ten or fewer groups defined
• August 28th - All remaining tenants
