Group Synchronization Improvements from 2024-04-03 00:00 CDT to 2024-05-10 14:34 CDT

Wednesday, April 3rd we will begin enabling Group Synchronization improvements to customer tenants. This feature improves performance of synchronization with external authentication repositories, such as AzureAD, Active Directory, OKTA and Google Workspace. Group Synchronization is a backend function, so there should be no visible impact to Portnox Cloud.

The rollout of this feature will occur in four phases in the month of April, with each phase occurring one week following the previous. Customers can determine the exact date this feature will be enabled based on the following schedule and associated tenant criteria.

• April 3rd - All evaluating organizations
• April 10th - Organizations starting with letters (A-E) excluding organizations with 1000+ devices
• April 17th - Organizations starting with letters (F-M) excluding organizations with 1000+ devices
• April 24th - All remaining organizations
