In our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service to all our customers, we are planning to perform a routine Portnox Cloud upgrade on Sunday, August 11th, at 11PM CDT and complete it around 2AM on Monday, August 12th CDT.
New features & improvements
- Portnox Conditional Access—Certificate Management for Signing Certificates and Signature Verification Certificates. Signature Verification Certificates increase security by verifying application requests. The new certificate management allows for zero downtime switches to a newer certificate when the previous one expires.
- Portnox Cloud CRL Support - An additional method of automatically verifying a certificate has not been revoked (other than OSCP)
- New redesigned Risk Policies pages - The risk Policies page has been redesigned and migrated to our newest UI framework for improved performance, UI consistency, and increased security.
Usability & Supportability Improvements
- Added the device’s motherboard serial number into Device Details of AgentP managed devices
- A new alert will be generated when a tenant reaches its device subscription limit
- Increased the limit of DACL Rules in Access Control Policies from 25 to 65
Bug Fixes
- Addressed an issue where the ‘Last time reported’ filter did not work correctly
- Addressed an issue where not all OUs were initially visible in AD mapping UI
- Addressed an issue where devices were not moved to the quarantine VLAN when 3rd party certificates were used for authentication
During the upgrade process no interruption in service is expected. If for any reason you experience any issues following the upgrade, please contact our support team for assistance.
