AgentP (Windows + MacOS) Upgrade from 2024-08-14 23:00 CDT to 2024-08-15 00:00 CDT

The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.

In our continued commitment to provide outstanding service to all our customers, we will be rolling upgrades to the latest version of AgentP (Windows + MacOS) from Thursday August 15th.

The rollout will occur in four phases, with each phase occurring one week following the previous. All AgentP clients will be upgraded by September 5th at the latest.

• Phase 1 - August 15th - organizations with up to 10 Agents
• Phase 2 - August 22nd - organizations with up to 100 Agents
• Phase 3 - August 29th - organizations with up to 1000 Agents
• Phase 4 - September 5th - all remaining organizations

Windows AgentP

• new version 1.1.284
• improves reporting of running services, so AgentP reacts immediately on changes in running services

MacOS AgentP

• new version 1.1.178
• addresses an issue with failing profile installation
• addresses an issue with not working unattented enrolment on MacOS
