In our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service to all our customers, we are planning to perform a routine Portnox Cloud upgrade on Sunday, September 22nd, at 11PM CDT and complete it around 2AM on Monday, September 23rd CDT.

New features & improvements

• Portnox Conditional Access - Added support for Microsoft External Authentication Methods (EAM) - enables integration Portnox CAA with Microsoft Entra ID (and all applications integrated with Entra ID), just by single application integration
• Portnox Conditional Access - Added support for OIDC integration with applications - added new protocol - OIDC - to integrate with applications
• Integration with Absolute Secure Endpoint - can be used in Risk Policies, so devices risk attributes may include “Manage by ASE” attribute

Usability & Supportability Improvements

• Added support for Clear accounts without email address as the user name - allows to use Clear accounts with TACACS+ solutions where ‘@’ character in username is considered illegal
• Added support for multiple Custom Radius Attributes with the same name
• Extended Custom Radius Attributes maximum character length from 64 to 256
• Added daily Alert when tenant exceeds entitlement limit
• Custom Certificate Identity Support - admin is able to define what field in the certificate the identity comes from

Bug Fixes

• Addressed an issue where special characters in groupname or username breaks integration with OKTA
• Addressed an issue with not working filters on Devices page
• Addressed an issue with immediate status changes notifications
