In our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service to all our customers, we are planning to perform a routine Portnox Cloud upgrade on Sunday, January 26th, at 11PM CST and complete it around 2AM CST on Monday, January 27th.
New features & improvements
- Added support for custom DACLs. Administrators are now able to insert dynamic access list in plain text format, which simplifies working with large ACLs.
- Integration of AI Chatbot. Chatbot available on our documentation site (https://docs.portnox.com), is now integrated in product and ready to help with support related questions.
- Added support for Mist Captive Portal
Usability & Supportability Improvements
- Granting or Denying access for sponsored guests is now audited in Audit Logs
- Added new filter on Alerts page, so authentication Alerts can be filtered by type of radius (cloud vs. local) and cloud radius location
- Dashboard Map can be searched for accounts and devices
Bug Fixes
- Addressed an issue where alerts filter for certificate returns no results
- Addressed an issue where incorrect device status is retrieved from Azure
- Addressed an issue where Risk Score boundaries are incorrectly presented on UI
