Unexpected License Quota Alerts

On Tuesday, August 26th, between approximately 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM CDT, as part of the Portnox Cloud 2025.08 Update, all organizations were granted access to ZTNA Free Licensing with unlimited usage. This required a short service migration (about 20 minutes), during which customers may have observed temporary “license quota exceeded” alerts in the Portnox console. These were unexpected, but were fully resolved once the migration was completed.
